I confirm that I am the original photographer of the submitted images and hold full rights to grant usage.
I agree that my submitted images may be used by the Georgia National Fair and Georgia National Fairgrounds & Agricenter for marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, print, and other promotional materials, with photographer credit provided whenever possible.
I understand that submitting images does not guarantee selection, feature, or publication.
I retain full ownership of my submitted images.
I understand that once published, the Georgia National Fair is not responsible for any third-party reposts or unauthorized use of the content.
I agree to be contacted by the Georgia National Fair regarding my submission or possible future opportunities.
I understand that the submission deadline is August 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET, and the giveaway winner will be announced via a feed post on Georgia National Fair’s official social media channels on August 14, 2026. No other form of notification will be used.
