Applications are due on September 17, 2021. No applications will be accepted after this date. After you have submitted your form, you will receive a confirmation email along with the information you submitted. Field Trip Information
If you need to cancel, please let us know one (1) week before the date of your field trip by contacting Erin Flournoy at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The number of chaperones allowed free admission is based on the following information:
Grades K4-3: One (1) chaperone per 10 students
Grades 4-12: One (1) chaperone per 20 students
Home school groups with a minimum of 20 students: 4 adults per 20 school-aged students
There are no exceptions.
Additional chaperones will have to pay the $14 admission fee at the gate.
You will receive your admission form in your packet that will serve as your admission into the Fair. Your school group must have this form with you when you enter the North Gate and you must all enter together as a group. Non-registered individuals will have to buy an admission ticket on-site.
