Our office hours are 8:30 AM– 4:30 PM Monday – Friday. Please email any questions you may have about the Georgia Living Programs to contests@gnfa.com.

Online registration for most departments is now open. Other departments will be added as they are updated.

A NOTE ON PRE-REGISTRATION - Online registration closes three days prior to receiving of entries for the contest (on the Wednesday prior to the Saturday department deadline for pre-fair competitions) to allow time for processing entries for receiving.

If you plan to bring entries on a Saturday before your department’s deadline, they must be registered by the preceding Wednesday to ensure they are included in the receiving list. Entries cannot be registered on the morning of receiving day and still be expected to appear on the list. They will have to be manually entered at receiving.

Example: If you have sewing entries you wish to bring early along with your quilt entries on September 12, those sewing entries must be registered by September 9 to appear on the receiving list for that date.

Receiving of entries will be on Saturdays only from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dates vary by department. To allow for better management of traffic flow and avoid long wait times, we ask that if you are bringing entries for a group, or bringing 20 or more entries, please contact us at contests@gnfa.com or call 478-988-6555 to make an appointment. Note: 10 a.m. is the busiest time for receiving.
