The Georgia National Fair has been made aware of emails being sent by someone impersonating a Georgia National Fairgrounds employee and inviting vendors to participate in the Georgia National Fair. These emails are NOT from the Georgia National Fair, and the individual sending them is in no way associated with the Georgia National Fair or the Georgia National Fairgrounds.

We do not reach out to vendors and send applications directly. Official vendor applications are made available through our website for interested vendors to access and submit. If you receive an unsolicited email claiming to represent the Georgia National Fair and offering or sending you a vendor application, do not respond, provide personal or payment information, or send money.

For official Georgia National Fair vendor information and applications, please rely only on information provided through our official website, georgianationalfair.com and official Georgia National Fair social media channels.

General Information

Space Fees for the 2026 Georgia National Fair, October 8-18, 2026
Inside
10' x 10' Corner Booth: $650
10' x 10' Aisle Booth: $600
Outside
Based on front footage from $80 per foot with a minimum of 10'

No space is confirmed until you have been approved by the Georgia National Fair.
Vendor must have their booth open and staffed for the full duration of the 11 day Fair, October 8-18, 2026.
Vendor must comply with all Georgia National Fair policies and procedures.

PLEASE NOTE:

Submitting an application does NOT guarantee placement at the 2026 Georgia National Fair.
The Georgia National Fair team will begin sending out contracts in May 2026.

The Georgia National Fairgrounds & Agricenter requires a Commercial General Liability Insurance Certificate with liability limits of at least $1,000,000. Certificate must add the following to the Certificate Holder:

The Georgia Agricultural Exposition Authority, its board members, officers, agents, employees of the Authority, and the state of Georgia, as additional insured and as certificate holders.
