School Rally Groups

Attention Advisors!

We would like to invite you to participate in our CTSO Day, here at the Georgia National Fair this October. As part of the 35th Georgia National Fair we encourage students to come attend their Organization’s Rally Day while also enjoying our livestock shows, award-winning Stories of Agriculture display, all of the Georgia Grown exhibits and have the opportunity for a first-hand look at Agriculture outside of the classroom.

The Rally Group schedule for the 2024 Fair is listed below. Please feel free to contact your State Executive Director or Organization’s Leader with any questions you may have.

We will have Volunteers at the East Gate Entrance to assist in checking- in your group and they will be happy to answer any questions you may have at that time. Please note, you must have your admission form completed and present at the time of entry at the East Gate or you will be charged admission for all individuals in your party. Admission forms will be collected at the time of entry, thank you and we look forward to having you all here in October!

• Bag/Package Policy **NEW**
  • Guests of the Georgia National Fair should plan only to use clear bags. All bags must be clear and 12x6x12 or smaller. Exceptions will be made for diaper bags as well as bags holding carry-in items for infants or other medical reasons. All bags are subject to inspection. All guests attempting to enter with an unclear bag will be asked to return the bag to their car/bus.

• All armband order must be placed through the CTSO State Office.
• Individual armband orders will not be taken by GNFA staff.
• Please make sure all advisors are aware that all armbands purchased on-site must be purchased through the Midway. The Midway will not accept personal or school checks. Only cash and card are accepted.
• All CTSO Rally buses will need to park in the East Gate Parking Lot.
• Advisors will need their Rally Day Admission form to enter the Fairgrounds.
• Admission will only be granted with form at the East Gate and will not allow entrance into any other gate.
• Schools attending each CTSO Rally must register through their CTSO's registration process.
• Schools attending a CTSO Rally are not allowed to apply for the Georgia National Schoolhouse program.
• Chaperones should register through the CTSO registration process.
• Any additional chaperones not registered will be expected to pay the gate entry fee of $14 (cash or card only).
• All CTSO programs will pay the admission for all preregistered chaperones.
